  • Concierge viewing day (Valued at $2,997)— airport pick-up, coffee on arrival, viewings of 3–4 top properties, plus lifestyle immersion (schools, beaches, dog parks, gyms, cafes)

  • Trusted Trades Management Pre-move in coordination of our vetted list of premium local trades including builders, painters, pest control, carpet cleaners, + more, for any pre-move-in work required (External services arranged on your behalf and paid separately.)

  • Move-in Day Concierge (Valued at $997)— any co-ordination you require on move-in day, we can be there to assist.

  • Post-settlement care: 14-day check-in to ensure everything’s smooth and you feel fully at home

Terms:

  • Contract length: 30–60 days

    Upfront non-refundable engagement fee: $5,000 incl. GST

  • Success fee: 2% + GST, payable upon unconditional contract
